TikTok Farm Playbook (2025)

A guide to building and operating a multi-device TikTok automation farm.

This playbook outlines the infrastructure and operations required to run a 20- to 100-device TikTok phone farm. It details hardware sourcing, cooling requirements, control software, US IP proxy management, and monthly running costs.

The framework

Core idea: viral growth via TikTok farms = infrastructure, not luck: 20–100 phones, USA IPs, automation running 24/7.

Setup options:

- In the US: buy 20+ Android phones (Galaxy S9/S10 cheap & reliable), racks + cooling fans, multi-USB hubs or farm controller board, each phone its own US SIM (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) → looks like natural US users.

- Outside the US: buy phones locally, connect to USA 4G/5G mobile proxies so devices appear US-based.

Step 1 – Hardware: 20+ Android phones, racks + cooling (don't skip cooling — phones melt running 24/7), multi-USB hubs or farm controller boards.

Step 2 – Software: device control via Scrcpy (free), Vysor, or farm-control tools; automation via ADB scripts, Tasker, or private bot software to automate swiping, liking, posting.

Step 3 – IP/proxy management (critical): US users → SIMs enough; non-US → one US 4G proxy per phone (never share), rotate IP every 30–60 min. Recommended providers: Oxylabs, Soax, BrightData, IPRoyal, Proxidize.

Step 4 – Costs (20 devices): phones ~$2,000; racks + hubs $500–1,000; software $100–500/mo; USA 4G proxies $1,000–2,000/mo → setup ~$3K, running $1.5K–2.5K monthly.

Summary: US → SIMs make life easy; non-US → US 4G proxies mandatory; without IP management + automation farms don't survive.
