# Viral Clipper Automation (n8n Workflow)

> Blueprint for automating split-screen short-form video generation using n8n and AI

An automated n8n pipeline blueprint designed to turn long-form YouTube podcasts into vertical short-form videos. It extracts audio, generates timestamped transcripts using WhisperX, uses an LLM agent to find viral segments, and renders split-screen clips with subtitles and gameplay footage via json2video.

## The framework

Pipeline (from tweet + workflow diagram):

- Input: any YouTube video/podcast URL
- AI Content Clipper Agent (chat): analyzes transcript to find viral moments/key moments, renders short-form clips of one or more specific timestamps; nodes: When chat message received, AI Agent, Anthropic Chat Model, Simple Memory, Video Transcript Tool, Video Generation Tool
- Transcript Generation Chain: Webhook (Transcript) → Create temp folder (Google Drive: create folder, set share perms) → Download mp3 from YouTube (Content Clipper API) → Upload audio → Generate Timestamped Transcripts (victor-upmeet/whisperx on Replicate) → Forward Replicate Response → Clean Up (delete temp folder)
- Video Rendering Chain: Webhook (Video Generation) → Create temp folder → Download video clip (Content Clipper API) → Upload clip → Select random background clip from a clips folder (list files, aggregate, pick random) → Create Render Object & Start Rendering (json2video API) → Check Rendering Progress (poll status with If + Wait loop) → Upload the video (download + upload) → Clean Up (delete temp folder)
