Tab is a wearable AI pendant developed by Avi Schiffmann that continuously listens to real-world conversations and daily interactions. Paired with a mobile chat app, it remembers personal discussions, provides context-aware summaries, and answers questions about past events and personal decisions.

## How it works

Tab recaps real conversation: the demo shows user asking 'So what did I discuss during dinner today' and Tab replying 'At dinner, you discussed the integration of tool, Flare, into Tab's development, enhancing the customization of Tab's wearable device. You recognized AI's potential economic dominance and considered adding a camera to Tab in the next 5 years. You also explored the adoption of a blueprint meal plan. Enjoyed the discussions!' A follow-up question 'So what do you think about blueprint should I should I try' gets 'Considering your interest in healthy habits and past experience with the Blueprint Diet, it may be worth trying it again for a consistent period.
