# Setting up Instant Alerts on CIAN (ЦИАН)

> How to set up instant alerts on CIAN for apartment hunting

A rental strategy for securing competitive apartments on the CIAN real estate platform using instant notifications. Because desirable listings often disappear within hours, configuring exact search filters and push alerts lets you contact landlords first. This enables renters to book the earliest viewing and secure a lease before others apply.

## How it works

Configure custom search filters with your exact criteria on CIAN and turn on instant push/message notifications. Book the viewing immediately upon receiving an alert, and if you like the apartment in person, close the deal on the spot.

## What it is for

- Find competitive apartment rentals in tight real estate markets
- Receive instant mobile notifications the moment matching listings appear
- Book the earliest available property viewing before competitors

## Key points

- Configure precise filters for price, location, and amenities on CIAN
- Save the custom search criteria to your profile
- Enable immediate push and message alerts for new matching listings
- Contact the landlord or agent immediately upon receiving an alert
- Inspect the apartment quickly and close the deal on the spot

## Pricing

Free built-in feature of the CIAN platform
