## How it works

Requirements & Process:

1. Obtain a local Uzbek SIM card.
2. Obtain local temporary registration (регистрация), typically provided by your hotel.
3. Obtain a PINFL (ПИНФЛ - personal identification number for physical persons) at a Public Services Center (Davlat Xizmatlari Markazi).
