## How it works

Playbook: 'right now someone on reddit is asking for exactly what you sell. you're not there. your competitor is.'

1. Find trending subreddits in your niche: use freesubstats.com to find trending subs and track growth (free, no signup, search by subreddit).

2. Set up keyword alerts with f5bot.com — free, takes 5 mins; emails you whenever a Reddit post contains your keywords.

3. Example keywords if selling cold email infrastructure (deliveron.org): "cold email", "email deliverability", "instantly alternative", "smartlead alternative", "email warmup", "cold email infrastructure", "inbox rotation", "instantly sucks", "smartlead sucks", "email sending limits", "cold email setup".

4. When an alert hits your inbox, check the post; if relevant, show up with a helpful reply and mention what you built — nothing salesy, useful.

Key insight: someone posting "anyone know a good alternative to (competitor)" has budget, has the problem, and is ready now — they're asking to be sold to. Winning is showing up in under 20 minutes while others arrive 3 days later when the thread is dead.
