# Портал государственных услуг Российской Федерации (Госуслуги)

> Russian official portal for public services and government registry notifications

Gosuslugi is the centralized portal for Russian public services, official communications, and government notices. It provides access to citizen registry records and receives official notifications from state bodies, including military registry status changes from the Ministry of Defense.

Website: https://gosuslugi.ru/

## How it works

Users in Russia report receiving repeated push and Gospotchta notifications stating 'Изменены сведения в Реестре воинского учёта' from Минобороны. According to community discussions, these notices are often tied to database migration, synchronization, or record reclassification rather than official summonses.

## What it is for

- Check official government notifications and electronic postal mail (Gospotchta)
- Monitor military registry records and official status updates
- Access public services, documentation requests, and personal administrative records

## Features

- Electronic notifications via Gospotchta from ministries and agencies
- Integration with national administrative databases and registers
- Digital identity verification and document storage
- Application processing for state services and public records

## Pricing

Free state service
