# Pake

> Turn any webpage into a lightweight desktop app with one command.

Pake is an open-source CLI and build tool that converts websites or local web apps into native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Built on Rust and Tauri, its installers and memory footprint are up to 20 times smaller than traditional Electron wrappers (typically under 10 MB). It provides automatic icon fetching, customizable window controls, shortcut support, and options for injecting custom CSS and JavaScript.
