# Instant Mind Map Generation via ChatGPT and Markmap

> Generate interactive mind maps instantly from structured ChatGPT Markdown outlines.

This workflow lets you convert any concept or project plan into an interactive mind map in seconds. You prompt ChatGPT to create a nested hierarchical outline formatted in Markdown, then paste that output directly into Markmap's web repl. It eliminates manual node creation and lets you export the result as an SVG or interactive HTML file.

## How it works

1. Prompt ChatGPT to break down a topic into a hierarchy: 'Сделай майндмэп с подкатегориями \[ваша тема\]' (e.g. 'Сделай майндмэп с подкатегориями, на основе которого можно сделать запуск и ведение собственного Телеграм-канала').
2. Next prompt: 'Переведи все это в формат markdown' (or ask for markdown directly in the first prompt).
3. Click 'Copy code' on the generated Markdown block.
4. Open https://markmap.js.org/repl and paste the Markdown into the left panel.
5. Download the rendered mindmap as SVG or interactive HTML.
