Instagram Trial Reels is a native posting mode that pushes videos exclusively to non-followers instead of your profile grid. It lets creators test different hooks, captions, or video variations without spamming existing followers. Once a trial video demonstrates strong engagement, you can publish it permanently to your main feed.
