High-Ticket Funnel Architecture Flowchart

End-to-end framework for high-ticket paid acquisition funnels.

A comprehensive flowchart outlining a high-ticket conversion funnel from ad creative to sales call closing. It details message-matching principles across ads, opt-in pages, VSLs, and email pre-framing sequences designed to educate prospects before discovery calls. It is useful as a reference blueprint when mapping out new lead generation funnels.

How it works

The flowchart's main path: AD → OPT-IN PAGE (optional 'skip opt-in page') → VSL PAGE → THANK YOU PAGE → PRE-FRAMING SEQUENCE → REMINDER SEQUENCE → DISCOVERY CALL → SALES CALL → CLOSE.

Key principles (green sticky): 'Your opt-in and VSL page should be 100% aligned with what you say on your ad. You need to achieve resonance so it's not like a gotha for the prospect. They need to see the exact same messaging on your landing page. If you do not do this, you will waste your money.'

AD: '5 AD COMPETITION (CASE)' → '5 AD SET' → '5 AD CREATIVE SET' → '3-5 HOOK + BODY' with 5 hooks, each with its own body copy. Hook guidance: interest-related (20 or garage), pain-related, circumstances-related, dream-state-related, mindstate-related ('how something is thinking about something X or not yet 27'). 'You need to be direct to rich people, no fluff and NEVER make them feel stupid.' Language should be confirming what they believe, making them feel smart, never like they believe wrong. Hooks are 'essential for a perfect launch'.

OPT-IN PAGE: eyebrow → headline ('Your optin headline should be very similar to your VSL headline') → subhead → opt-in form → 3 social proof blocks. Goal: get people to the next step, the VSL page.

VSL PAGE: eyebrow → headline → subhead → video → benefit one/two/three → social proof → problem headline → problem dig-in (×2) → mechanism of false solution → simple argument against false solution conditions → product → tie product into solution → benefits, with a long set of steps after.

THANK YOU PAGE: video with guidelines and due diligence, testimonials, 'How to pick evidence video' + 3-point script (who they are, results, how it was complete, 'see how they overcame and hope them with due diligence').

PRE-FRAMING SEQUENCE: 12 emails in rows alternating 'EMAIL #N OBJECTION HANDLING' / 'EMAIL #N SOCIAL PROOF' / final call confirmation.

REMINDER SEQUENCE: email sequence (call confirmation email, 24h reminder, 8h reminder) + text sequence (call confirmation text, introductory self-gift video, reminder video with pre-framing / where to look before the call, text 'Call 1 what to look for and what to think about it').

DISCOVERY CALL / SALES CALL: project and opening sales-person/title/opening, project and obstacles, 'I want to look for X?' open question, close.

Also noted: 'Your landing page should follow psychological progression based upon awareness levels of your audience. Your VSL page can use a simple headline/subhead, VSL, CTA and social proof. If a short page doesn't work try a longer one and see what works.' 'You can take this entire framework and feed it to chatGPT alongside information about your offer. It will be 50% done with your landing page.'
