High-Ticket AI-Fulfilled Agency Playbook
Playbook for packaging standard agency services using AI delivery at $5k/month
A four-part blueprint for launching a high-ticket agency by selling proven business services and fulfilling them internally with AI. It covers offer creation, closing clients without prior case studies via deliverable stacking, and scaling client acquisition from cold DMs to paid ads.
The framework
Thesis: don't build apps or sell automations — take services businesses already buy, fulfill them with AI, sell as high-ticket agency offers.
PART 1 — WHAT YOU'RE SELLING: Not AI (like selling 'internet' in 1998). Sell a service, use AI yourself. Two strongest beginner offers: (1) Funnels and Ads — sales pages, funnel pages, email flows, ad scripts, ad creative, automations, media buying; AI writes 90%. (2) Content Scripting — social content driving sales/sales calls; a client selling a $10k offer needs only 10 clients for $100k, happy to pay $5k. Other offers: email newsletters, VSL funnels, webinar funnels, YouTube, reels, ghostwriting, LinkedIn/X posts, cold outreach automation, appointment setting. AI automates cognition = 90% of agency work.
PART 2 — POSITIONING WITH ZERO EXPERIENCE: Step 1: ROI-centered offer = quantifiable promise ('30 qualified sales calls/mo') + risk reversal ('or you don't pay') + ROI calculator showing the numbers (e.g. 12.5x return). Step 2: Sell the concept — two sales: (a) that the strategy works at all, (b) that it works with you. Beginners fail at (a); fix with a bulletproof argument, not case studies. VSL/sales call structure: headline, expected results, examples of strategy working for anyone, ROI calculator, visual of the system, deliverable list, CTA, objection answers — no testimonials required. Step 3: Stack deliverables — instead of 'I'll run ads': 45 ad scripts across messaging buckets, congruent landing pages, 15 email opt-in sequences, text sequences and setter call scripts, call routing, no-show-killing thank-you page, pre-call FOMO sequences, post-call assets, media buying, retargeting funnels, 3 email broadcasts/week. That justifies $5k/mo + 10% revenue share. Example: AI-written 15-email sequence drove $80k in sales in 3 weeks, in <1 hour vs 10–20 hours manual.
PART 3 — GET CLIENTS IN 30 DAYS: Prerequisites: business model, cold traffic offer, AI fluency, stacked VSL/sales script. Only three channels: outreach, content, ads. Phased: clients 1–3 = Marquee Method outreach; 4–6 = automated cold email (5,000+/day across multiple domains/inboxes); at $15k/mo profit = paid ads. Marquee Method: DM a free deliverable AI builds in 30s (e.g. emails scripted for their business); 20–60% call-booking rates per send. Do NOT pick a niche — target businesses with LTV ≥ $15k and use AI to list obscure never-targeted niches; picking a niche you lack proof for triggers proof demands. Student example: 5 random obscure niches, outreach Wednesday, positive reply same day, call Saturday, closed Sunday.
PART 4 — RECAP: 1. Position around ROI; 2. Sell the concept; 3. Stack deliverables so $5k feels like a bargain.
