## How it works

How to generate 365 days of content ideas in under an hour:

1. Identify 12 Core Topics: List the 12 most important or discussed pillars in your niche (e.g., in fitness: protein intake, lifting, cardio, fat loss, muscle building, nutrition, macros, form/technique, workout splits, upper body, lower body, warm-ups).
