## How it works

Context: started at 300-500 views/video, one video hit 3M views and +10k followers overnight, then tanked again. Lessons learned:

1. Simplicity Wins — simplified content: 2-3 videos/day, 1-2 hours each, basic clips (shadowboxing, running, pushups) + motivational voiceover + trending sound. Views went from a few hundred to a few thousand consistently.

2. Consistency Is Everything — show up every day; the algorithm tests if you're serious. Most people quit after 1-2 months, so persisting already beats most creators.

3. Quality Matters More Than You Think — leveled up editing for complex topics (e.g. a testosterone/survival-instincts edit scripted in ChatGPT, 20-30 hours in CapCut) reached ~1M views. Then 30-40% of videos broke 100k, some 6-8M. "There's a luck factor in going viral, but putting in the work and consistently producing quality content maximizes your chances."
