# Cloning Copywriting Voice with Claude Projects

> Workflow to extract writing voice and draft matching copy in Claude

A two-step prompting workflow using Claude Projects to replicate a specific copywriter or brand voice. It extracts structural and tonal rules from sample documents into a style guide, then uses that guide to draft new marketing copy.

## How it works

Step 1: Save 5 representative sample emails or writing pieces as PDFs/documents.

Step 2: Go to Claude (claude.ai), create a new Project, and upload all sample files into 'Project knowledge'.

Step 3: Extract the style guide using this prompt:

'Hey Claude, using these emails create a detailed outline on how I write. Make this into a full template we could give to a new copywriter so they can write in this exact tone and style. For additional context, we're selling \[describe product/offer, e.g., a sales training course through a weekly live webinar\].'

Step 4: Generate new copy using the extracted guide:

'Using this template, write a full email we could send to the list to promote next week's \[offer/event\]. Come up with a new angle on your own that aligns with previous angles she's talked about.'

Step 5: Iterate and refine phrasing via follow-up prompts (e.g., 'Revise luxury sales to high ticket sales').
