# Automated Faceless Shorts/Reels Pipeline

> A workflow to turn YouTube transcripts into automated vertical quote videos.

This workflow turns long-form YouTube transcripts into faceless vertical videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. It combines Tactiq for transcript extraction, ChatGPT for generating quote tables, Google Sheets for content storage, JSON2Video for programmatic rendering, and Make.com for end-to-end automation and auto-posting.

## How it works

1. Extract the transcript of a long-form YouTube video using Tactiq's free YouTube transcript generator.
2. Prompt ChatGPT: 'Generate 100 quotes from this YouTube video transcript. Put it in a table format with: Column 1: Title, Column 2: Quote'.
3. Export the generated table into Google Sheets.
4. Design a vertical video template in JSON2Video with placeholder text for title and quote.
5. In Make.com, build a scenario: Trigger from Google Sheets (Get Quote) -\> Update Quote Status -\> Generate Audio (TTS) -\> Save Audio to Dropbox -\> Call JSON2Video API to render video -\> Download/Get video link -\> Route to 'Post to IG Reels' and 'Post to YouTube'.
