# Alex Hormozi's Content Testing & Repurposing Framework

> Validate ideas on X before turning winners into short-form and long-form video

A multi-stage content strategy that uses X (formerly Twitter) as a rapid testing ground for ideas with minimal upfront effort. Winning text posts are then systematically converted into screenshot graphics, short-form talking-head videos, and long-form YouTube compilations. It removes guesswork by ensuring video production time is only spent on pre-validated concepts.

## How it works

1. Test on X (Twitter): Post multiple times a day. Twitter has zero penalty for frequent posting, making it ideal for rapid idea validation.
2. Screenshot Top Tweets: Repurpose winning tweets directly as visual screenshot posts or background reels on Instagram.
3. Read Winners to Camera: Take the high-performing tweet scripts and deliver them directly into the camera as short-form talking-head clips.
4. Batch into Long-form YouTube Videos: Combine ~20 high-performing short clips on related topics into a complete long-form YouTube video.
5. Use Tweets as Captions: Write video post captions by pairing another proven high-performing tweet with the post (Tweet 1 = reel/video topic, Tweet 2 = caption text).

## What it is for

- Validate content topics rapidly through short text posts before filming
- Convert high-performing tweets into short-form video scripts and screenshot posts
- Assemble thematic collections of short clips into comprehensive long-form YouTube videos
- Pair proven text posts with video uploads to write high-engagement captions

## Key points

- Step 1: Test ideas rapidly by posting multiple times daily on X without algorithmic penalties
- Step 2: Turn top-performing tweets into screenshot image posts or background reel templates
- Step 3: Read winning tweets directly to camera as short-form talking-head videos
- Step 4: Group approximately 20 related short videos together to create one long-form YouTube video
- Step 5: Repurpose additional winning tweets as caption copy for your video uploads
