# AI Video Factory (n8n Workflow)

> Automated four-stage n8n pipeline for generating AI videos end-to-end

This framework outlines a hands-off video generation pipeline built inside n8n. It coordinates ChatGPT for concept and prompt generation, the FAL API running Veo 3 for video rendering, and Google Sheets for tracking outputs. It provides an operational blueprint for creating autonomous short-form video systems without human intervention.

## The framework

Stage 1 Idea Generator: Schedule Trigger → Ideas Generator (Tools Agent) using OpenAI Chat Model, Structured Output Parser, Chat Model/Memory/Tool sub-nodes; auto-generates video ideas with ChatGPT.

Stage 2 Video Prompts: Ideas To Sheets (Google Sheets append) → AI Agent (Tools Agent) with OpenAI Chat Model1; creates scene prompts.

Stage 3 Generate Videos: HTTP Request POST to https://queue.fal.run/fal... → Wait → HTTP Request1; renders videos via Veo 3 through the FAL API (e.g. 'Yeti vlogging with chopsticks'), with auto lip-sync and animation.

Stage 4 Video to Sheets: URL to Sheets (Google Sheets update); logs prompt, caption, video URL and scene details. Clips can optionally be stitched into longer videos and auto-posted to TikTok, IG, YouTube.
