## How it works

Step-by-step automation workflow:

1. Trigger: A sales rep completes a sales call with a prospect.
2. Audio Handling: Send the MP4 recording file simultaneously to cloud storage (backup) and transcription software.
3. Transcription & Cleaning: Convert the conversation audio into a text transcript and pass it to a validation/cleaning step.
4. AI Extraction (OpenAI API): Prompt OpenAI to analyze the clean transcript across 4 core areas:
5. Sentiment analysis (positive vs. negative reactions)
6. Keyword and phrase identification
7. Common objections and prospect FAQs
8. Next steps and deal outcome (closed or not closed)
9. Aggregation & Reporting: Compile the structured outputs into a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) and send immediate summaries to the sales manager/supervisor.
10. Master Tracking & Feedback: Append the data to a master aggregation file where AI generates recurring training recommendations, highlights missed opportunities, and suggests script optimizations.
