Workflow Architecture:

1. Scrape Leads: Trigger an API node in n8n to extract Google Maps listings (business names, phone numbers, addresses, ratings, and websites).
2. Store Data: Format and clean data into Google Sheets or CRM tables.
3. Research & Enrichment: Send company details to Perplexity AI's API to gather verified emails, company descriptions, estimated revenue, and hiring trends.
4. Icebreaker Generation: Use an OpenAI (GPT-4o) node with a structured prompt to draft a personalized 1-sentence opening line referencing specific company achievements or details.
5. Cold Outreach: Connect via API / webhook to Instantly (instantly.ai) to automatically add enriched leads to active email sequences.
